The Summer Apprentice Program – ‘The Nearest Development Area’ at the Maspex Wadowice Group.

Apprentice programs at the Maspex Wadowice Group give students the opportunity to take their first serious steps in professional development. Participants in our program can learn concrete specialised skills while shaping and developing their general abilities.

‘The Nearest Development Area’ is based on the idea of developing abilities through delegating responsibility. By completing particular tasks, apprentices not only obtain new knowledge but also broaden their so called ‘intangible’ skills (including working as part of a team, organizing and planning work and interpersonal relationships). At the same time every department taking part in the program gives a chance to develop specialist skills specific to the work done there. This is possible in our program thanks to carefully defined targets, range of tasks and the possibility to consult and learn from experienced employees. 

Our program is open to 4th and 5th year university students from all areas.

The program is run at the company headquarters in Wadowice from July to September. We accept applications all year round.
